Seven artists and cultural workers from different utopias discuss new possibilities of organizing (artistic) work. A fictional documentary about utopias that seem impossible but have the potential to unfold when we think they are possible. She works hard combines elements of controlled social experimentation, staging, mockumentary, theoretical reflection to analyze work in the future - and what that can mean for the present - using a utopian post-capital scenario.
